We’ve added both Clio and Actionstep to our areas of expertise, and continue to support Timeslips, and Amicus.
If you are considering another product, we can often provide information, refer you to a colleague or assist with exporting data.
Can you tell me where our data is located? I’m not sure it is backed up…!
Unfortunately, hardware fails, data corrupts, and viruses (including ransomware) have become more and more dangerous, encrypting your files and preventing access. Often a backup is your only option for recovery, however we’ve found that sometimes you (or your IT folks) did not know where your data was located, so it was not backed up.
